You can e-mail photo's of your project along with approximate square footages and building complexity. We can generally give you an estimate this way. However for larger or more complex projects it is advisable to have us visit you at your site to evaluate any existing conditions and drawings in detail.

Review existing plans and available building documentation to determine:
Size – Total Gross Under Roof Square Footage.
Type – Commercial Office, Commercial Retail (Malls etc.) Institutional, Medical, Educational, High Security, Factory/Plants, Warehouse, Airport/Aviation or a combination of two or more types.
Site Layout - If multiple buildings are to be oriented on an entire site CAD layout.
The primary factors that have the greatest affect on the project costs are:
1. Under Roof Square Footage
2. Building Type
3. Building Complexity
4. Building Density
These are typical approximate rates based on Building Type (Rates are Per Under Roof Square Foot for average complexity and density)

This represents from our experience a fair assessment of the costs to execute properly prepared on-site record drawings and related technical facilities management services. They do vary from project to project, however we have prepared these costs assessments in a manner that have fairly accommodated 90% of all of the projects we have successfully completed.
Upon execution of the contract and notice to proceed ADS will coordinate with the on-site contact to schedule the work and arrange for building access with the on-site personnel. ADS will also notify all departments within the facility of the survey work and coordinate the work in such a manner that will not affect the facility operations.
ADS, Inc. will perform all survey work on-site using it's proven LASERCAD system that will produce laser accurate CAD Architectural base drawings. Once the Architectural drawings are completed other systems can easily be added, such as: Reflected Ceiling Plans, HVAC Plans, Electrical Plans, Plumbing Plans, Fire Protection Plans, only to name a few!
